Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize exposure to potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business risks, and develop action plans to address them.
  • Design and implement effective monitoring and reporting systems to track risk exposures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on risk management principles and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, such as COSO or ISO 31000.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
