About the Role

As a Principal, you will be joining a small but growing team of smart, focussed, passionate professionals who live and breathe energy transition and who believe in changing the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end investment processes, from research and origination to execution and ongoing management
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling and due diligence
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and execute transactions
  • Produce investment summaries, presentations, and collateral
  • Review and finalize legal agreements
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to investment activities
  • Portfolio management
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced infrastructure investment professional with a passion for making a positive impact on the world. You will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure investment, with expertise in project finance and private equity
  • Additional consideration given to candidates with prior engineering, construction, or project development experience
  • Proven ability to lead transactions and manage investment processes
  • Deep understanding of project finance principles and investment frameworks
  • Passion for decarbonization and technology
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Sydney
