About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Investment Principal to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end investment processes, from research and origination to execution and ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex investment processes, including research, origination, execution, and ongoing management
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and due diligence to ensure investment opportunities meet our criteria
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and execute transactions
  • Develop and present investment summaries, presentations, and collateral to stakeholders
  • Review and finalize legal agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and optimize investment portfolios to maximize returns
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure investment, with expertise in project finance and private equity
  • Additional consideration given to candidates with prior engineering, construction, or project development experience
  • Proven ability to lead transactions and manage investment processes
  • Deep understanding of project finance principles and investment frameworks
  • Passion for decarbonization and technology
  • Located in or willing to relocate to a major financial hub
