About the Role

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their investment team, specializing in M&A transactions across Core, Core Plus, and Renewables projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities in Core, Core Plus, and Renewables infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modelling and valuation assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to execute transactions from origination through to closing.
  • Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for investment committee review.
  • Monitor portfolio companies and assist in strategic decision-making and value creation initiatives post-acquisition.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in infrastructure investments, M&A transactions, or investment banking focused on infrastructure.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven track record of executing transactions in Core, Core Plus, and/or Renewables infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
