Job Overview

This senior leadership role oversees the delivery and operations of a strategic platform, setting direction for successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Nurture stakeholder relationships, drive engagement, and provide direction to vendors and service integration partners.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to co-design and support the development of an Agent Tools roadmap and strategy.
  • Champion business demands, ensuring highest value is achieved through scalable solutions.
  • Manage platform build and maintenance activities, operational stability, capacity management, systems monitoring and alerting, product licenses and lifecycle management.
  • Define metrics and implement mechanisms to measure and improve delivery efficiencies.

We seek an experienced Senior Delivery Manager who can work under pressure, set priorities, and meet timeframes. This individual should have significant experience as a senior delivery/platform manager in complex organisations delivering large-scale technology or digital projects.
