We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced product professional to drive our digital platform forward.
About the RoleYou'll play a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to scale our platform and enhance engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead high-performing teams to deliver quality product experiences across web and app platforms.
- Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Prioritise user needs and data-driven decision-making to optimise engagement and retention.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and product launches.
- 7+ years in product management, ideally in a digital product environment.
- Proven success in launching products and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in Agile development and iterative product cycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Passion for creating meaningful user experiences.
