Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact and delivering what matters.Key responsibilities of the role include leading teams to achieve operational excellence and driving business growth as a Regional Manager. Operational Managers will manage warehouse and distribution services operations to meet customer needs. Commercial Managers will develop and execute commercial strategies to increase revenue and market share. Warehouse Operators & Storepersons will ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.Project Managers (Logistics, Capability Delivery) will plan and execute projects to deliver customized solutions for clients. Project Support Officers will provide administrative support to project managers and teams. Inventory Managers will analyze and optimize inventory levels to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Business Analysts will identify business opportunities and develop strategies to improve operations and revenue.To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Proven experience in logistics/warehousing management, with Defence-related experience an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, management, and development skills.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse and distribution services operations management.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Certified professional or relevant degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields advantageous.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Confident leadership, outcome-driven, and diverse high-performance team development.
  • Understanding of operational drivers, cost control, and operational budgeting.
