The Opportunity:

The Compliance Manager oversees compliance obligations across the portfolio, meeting strict regulatory requirements and deadlines on behalf of Owners Corporations with assistance from Strata Managers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing day-to-day operations and mentoring a team of professionals (8 members).
- Assisting other duties as requested by senior management.
- Ensuring all Compliance matters are addressed in a timely manner as required or directed by senior management.
- Knowledge of relevant legislations and procedures including but not limited to Strata Schemes Management Act & Regulations.
- Communicating strategies and results to senior management.

To Be Successful in This Role:

- Previous management experience
- Prior experience in Compliance within the Strata industry
- Ideally a Class 2 License (also consider COR)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized
