Senior Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our team in the operational management of Council's rangers.

This role involves overseeing the unit operation and staff, achieving effective and efficient provision of regulatory and enforcement services, developing and maintaining policy and procedures framework, and providing specialist advice to divisional staff and external stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Develop and coordinate staff to deliver high-quality regulatory and enforcement services
  • Achieve operational excellence through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of rangers to achieve operational objectives
  2. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of regulatory and enforcement services
  3. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and monitoring systems
  4. Provide expert advice on regulatory and enforcement matters
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to undertaking the position and experience in leadership
  • Experience in coordinating a regulatory and enforcement function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
