The Regulatory Support Officer role plays a crucial part in supporting the Regulatory Affairs team by maintaining critical regulatory databases and document control systems. The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, structure, and ensuring information is correctly tracked and managed across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Actioning post approval activities in a timely manner;
  • Drafting, updating, reviewing and verifying entries in Viatris' databases and systems;
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain the lifecycle of allocated portfolio;
  • Ensuring the company's change control system is accurate and current by creating, reviewing and completing change records;
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and codes and providing regulatory advice to personnel as required.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and work to deadlines, and demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
