Digital Content Specialist Role

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to create, manage, and maintain high-quality digital content across multiple platforms.

  • Publish, update, and maintain digital content in a leading enterprise CMS.
  • Enhance product content including images, copy, tags, and attributes to boost searchability, accuracy, and customer understanding.
  • Design compelling banners, homepage placements, landing pages, and merchandising content based on provided briefs and schedules.
  • Execute content changes with precision, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks across various devices and formats (mobile, desktop, app) to guarantee correct rendering and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot content issues or discrepancies and escalate as necessary.
  • Manage content scheduling and version control to support key trading and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the content and product teams to test and rollout new templates, modules, and CMS features.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content authoring or web publishing.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar enterprise CMS.
  • Experience working with structured product data, content tagging, and metadata to enhance product presentation and discoverability.
  • Familiarity with content operations in a high-volume retail, e-commerce, or digital publishing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
  • The ability to follow defined content processes and publishing schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
  • An understanding of responsive content and digital accessibility best practices.
