Our organisation is shaping a more just and compassionate society by fostering a culture of service among young people through innovative programs. As a Project Coordinator, you will lead the development and piloting of our new student formation program to enhance engagement in our services.

**Role Overview**

The successful candidate will report to the Member and Youth Experience Manager and work autonomously while consulting with key internal and external stakeholders. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in program development and implementation, and understanding of the Catholic high school system are crucial for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Lead the development of the Vinnies Service Medallion program in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish a framework for measuring and evaluating program success and identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement a pilot of the Vinnies Service Medallion and report on outcomes, including recommendations for scaling up implementation across NSW.
• Collaborate on marketing and communications plans and resources for the program's expansion.

**Requirements**:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education or Social Sciences
• Proven experience in project management, data collection, and analysis, as well as program evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver large-scale programs for high school-aged students
• Strong digital marketing and communications skills, including public relations strategies and processes
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Superior digital literacy and technology skills, including web content development
