Project Officer Role

We are seeking a committed and driven Project Officer - Analysis and Research to assist in defining project objectives, establishing systems for monitoring and evaluating initiatives, and undertaking primary research to support practices and programs.

  • This role involves working collaboratively with colleagues, caseworkers, and managers to understand practice challenges and develop programs and resources that support ongoing learning and development.
  • An ability to conduct literature, policy, and program reviews to inform program design is essential.
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team are required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including preparing research reports and resources, are necessary.
  • Experience conducting statistical and qualitative research, including using SPSS and NVivo software programs, is highly valued.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to consult, analyze, and create solutions to support collaboration with stakeholders are key aspects of this role.
