Senior Social Worker

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a skilled and empathetic Senior Social Worker to join the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division.
As a Senior Social Worker in this division, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and their families during challenging times. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing social, emotional and environmental factors that impact well-being, and in developing tailored care plans to address these needs.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their voices are heard. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds will be essential in facilitating difficult conversations and providing emotional support.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
