Senior Manager Opportunity at Northern Adelaide Geriatric Service

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Northern Adelaide Geriatric Service team.
The Senior Manager will hold line management responsibilities of the allied health teams across inpatient areas, including ACE, GEM, and Geriatric-Rehabilitation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Nurse Unit Managers to provide a cohesive management alliance and ensure a strong sense of team within these areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and provide operational advice on major functions of allied health within Geriatric services.
- Have responsibility for the development and promotion of the Geriatrics service, its involvement in teaching, research, and education, and the development of a range of strategic alliances and networks.
- Provide leadership and management across Geriatrics as a member of the NAGS Management Team and are a senior clinician within NALHN.
- Hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service.
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia, Physiotherapy Board of Australia, Australian Association of Social Workers, Speech Pathology Australia, or Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
