About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Health Information Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of our health information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure excellence in all health information services.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to ensure top-notch data integrity and clinical coding accuracy.
  • Oversee critical data submissions, working with external partners and health funds.
  • Coordinate the design and management of medical record forms, aligning with industry standards.
  • Ensure information release requests and medical transcriptions are accurate and timely.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Science or Business (Health Administration - Health Information Management) and eligibility for HIMAA membership.
  • Proven experience in health information management, clinical coding (ICD, AR-DRGs), clinical information systems, forms design, and auditing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading teams, driving quality and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with IT and clinical teams.
