Greenpeace Australia Pacific is seeking two new directors to join our Board.The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and evaluating financial statements, have experience in budgeting and long-term forecasting, and be familiar with different revenue models.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the mission of Greenpeace Australia Pacific is clear and relevant
  • Provide guidance on setting the strategic direction of the organisation
  • Monitor programmes and activities to ensure alignment with the mission
  • Ensure executive performance by setting objectives and reviewing their performance
  • Ensure adequate systems of internal control and robust risk management
Selection Criteria
  • Finance Experience: Proficient in reading and evaluating financial statements, experience in budgeting and long-term forecasting
  • Marketing Experience: Extensive experience in developing and implementing fundraising/sales and marketing strategies
  • Campaigning and/or Ecological/Science Experience: Experience in developing and implementing campaigns or programs of campaigns
