Key Responsibilities- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries

- Preparing tender documents and quotes
- Delegating sales leads to the team
- Maintaining the database and various spreadsheets
- Performing other administrative duties as required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
