We are seeking a driven professional with experience in recoveries or collections to join our team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and investigating motor insurance claims, identifying opportunities for recovery, and engaging in effective negotiation with third parties.
  • A strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims recoveries is essential.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record in recoveries or collections, with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, as well as autonomously.
  • Familiarity with litigated claims and working with legal teams is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess and investigate motor insurance claims to identify opportunities for recovery.
  2. Engage in effective negotiation with relevant third parties, including other insurers, loss adjusters, and solicitors, to recover claims costs.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records and documentation.
  4. Evaluate the feasibility of legal action and liaise with legal counsel when necessary.
  5. Provide regular updates to clients, brokers, and management on recovery progress.
