**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences for children. If you're committed to delivering high-quality education and care, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative educational programs that align with the Australian Early Years Learning Framework
  • Mentor and support a team of educators to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Foster strong relationships with families, schools, and local communities
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and maintain a culture of excellence within the center
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on program planning and implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, families, and stakeholders
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
