The Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Senior Associate to work with our market leading leveraged and acquisition finance team in Sydney. In this role, you will work with our team to advise clients on complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. You will provide expert legal counsel on financing M&A deals, event-driven transactions, and corporate restructurings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical advice in connection with a range of leveraged and acquisition finance matters.
- Provide expert legal counsel on financing M&A deals, event-driven transactions, and corporate restructurings.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
- Work collaboratively with our team to advise clients on complex transactions.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice in connection with leveraged and acquisition finance matters.
- Been admitted to practice in either Australia or New Zealand.
- An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset.
- A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team.
- An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.

We are a leading leveraged and acquisition finance practice in Australia, and we work for high profile clients, including many international and domestic private equity houses as well as Australian and international banks and other financial institutions.
