The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our market-leading leveraged and acquisition finance team in Sydney. The successful candidate will work closely with Hayley Neilson, Partner, and the team to advise clients on complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical advice on a range of leveraged and acquisition finance matters
  • Provide expert legal counsel on financing M&A deals, event-driven transactions, and corporate restructurings
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice in connection with leveraged and acquisition finance matters
  • Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
  • Excellent academic record and strong legal skills
  • Proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team
  • Ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team
