The Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Senior Associate to work with our market-leading leveraged and acquisition finance team in Sydney. You will work with our team to advise clients on complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, providing expert legal counsel on financing M&A deals, event-driven transactions, and corporate restructurings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical advice on a range of leveraged and acquisition finance matters
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service
- Work collaboratively with the team to advise clients on complex transactions
- Provide expert legal counsel on financing M&A deals, event-driven transactions, and corporate restructurings
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice in connection with leveraged and acquisition finance matters
- Admitted to practice in either Australia or New Zealand
- Excellent academic record and strong legal skills
- Proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team
- Ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team

We are a leading leveraged and acquisition finance practice in Australia, and we work for high-profile clients, including many international and domestic private equity houses, as well as Australian and international banks and other financial institutions.
