We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Services Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Public Sector Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing the working relationship with key customers and developing a long-term Professional Services strategy within the accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Cloud Strategy: Collaborate with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolio, and develop a comprehensive cloud strategy to meet their needs.
- Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships with customer executives and develop trusted partnerships to drive business growth and adoption.
- Identify and Develop Opportunities: Identify specific opportunities and develop business cases to support cloud adoption and growth.
- Deal Shaping and Contract Negotiations: Lead deal shaping, including estimations, deal pricing, contract negotiations, and closing.
- Project Planning and Delivery: Plan and implement a portfolio of projects, including budget and deliverable responsibilities, and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
- Quality Delivery: Oversee the delivery of projects in account, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value proposition.
Requirements:
- IT Consulting/Management Experience: Proven experience in IT consulting/management, with demonstrated IT cloud transformation experience in customer-facing roles.
- Large-Scale Enterprise IT Projects: Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
- Executive Customer Relationships: Proven track record in managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders.
- Contract and Statement of Work Development: Experience with contract and statement of work development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT Cloud Transformations: Experience in IT cloud transformations.
- Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Enterprise IT Management Frameworks: Experience with enterprise IT management frameworks, such as COBIT or ITIL.
- Broad Enterprise Systems Technology Experience: Broad experience with enterprise systems technology, including IaaS/virtualization technologies, SAP, Oracle, and custom applications.
- Local Government Policies: Knowledge of local government policies relating to procurement, data management, and cybersecurity.
