Customer Service Support Role

This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a sport and recreation setting.

The successful candidate will combine administrative, reception, and hospitality duties to manage inquiries, support the membership team, and oversee bookings for internal and external areas of the venue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for gym membership administration and assisting the Membership Sales team
  • Managing booking systems for internal and external venue hires
  • Acting as the main point of contact for visitors and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment
  • Assisting with café operations, including overseeing orders and ensuring stock is maintained
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following through on action items

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on administration, reception, and/or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse customers
  • A friendly and approachable manner, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A passion for working in a sport and recreation environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and experience with booking or CRM systems is desirable

This is a continuing (permanent) role that requires permanent work rights in Australia. The successful candidate must also be able to work outside of normal working hours as required.
