Job Description:

The Clinical Director will provide strategic leadership for the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance healthcare outcomes for women and girls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business strategy into innovative solutions to achieve customer-centric results.
  • Design and implement healthcare services and programs in public and private facilities, including co-designing services with consumers.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of plans by team members.
  • Lead and manage a small team, set direction, motivate and inspire staff, and promote an environment where staff are valued, developed and coached to perform at their full potential.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships and high levels of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
