Sales Administration Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chinese speaking administration professional to join our team in Sydney's south. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide critical support to our sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist sales representatives with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer service issues.
- Process sales orders, collate required documentation, and track orders through delivery.
- Communicate with staff in our China office and factory in both English and Chinese to ensure smooth transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure the organization of filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication via email and phone call.
- Fluent Chinese and English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Availability to work 5 days onsite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administration or sales support experience is highly desirable.
