Sales and Administration Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team in a sales administration role, supporting our IT hardware business. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Sales Manager and Key Account Manager to deliver critical customer support, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and updating customer information using our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound calls and emails
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Update customer information in our CRM system
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Key Account Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Customer service, inside sales, or data entry experience
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Desirable: experience within the defence industry
