Job Title: Financial Controller

Company: Asset Personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our financial and accounting activities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the organization's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial legislation and standards, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the accounts team to achieve organizational objectives, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and leadership.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
