We are seeking registered nurses and midwives to join our team in the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As a registered nurse or midwife, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality nursing care and improve patient health outcomes across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered nursing care to patients across a range of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to prioritize workloads and provide support to newer or less experienced staff
- Develop and implement health education, counseling, and rehabilitation programs to improve patient health outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients
- Registered or eligible for registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current practicing certificate
- Demonstrated experience in providing person-centered nursing care
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
