As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by winning new business and managing some of our largest customers existing accounts within the residential and small commercial sectors.

You'll manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, and work alongside a supportive team to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in our sales culture.

You will be highly motivated and target driven to get results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win new business and grow strong relationships - Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts as well as expanding our customer base.
  • Review plans and drawing to provide timely estimates/quotes and manage bespoke customer requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with a strong peer network to drive efficiencies and innovation.
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline, new opportunities and sales activities.
  • Be a key player and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.
  • Prioritizing work demands to manage customer retention and satisfaction.
