Insurance Broker Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled insurance broker to join our team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build a career in a fast-growing company with a flat structure that encourages collaboration and creativity.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Portfolio Management experience, including managing mid-market/corporate clients and supporting colleagues on larger accounts.
  • Business Development skills, including identifying and developing new business prospects.
  • Relationship Building expertise, including developing and maintaining close working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Client Advice skills, including providing personalized advice to clients on their insurance program needs.
  • Business Retention experience, including customer service and broking standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • A high level of attention to detail, quality standards and compliance.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and a strong 'can-do' attitude.
