Job Description: As an Insurance Broker Assistant, you will work closely with senior Brokers to handle policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include preparing quotes, insurance documentation, and reports, maintaining and updating client records and insurance databases, liaising with clients and insurers to provide timely and efficient service, supporting the team in client meetings and presentations, participating in team training sessions and development activities, and contributing to a positive team environment by participating in social events and team-building activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need previous support experience in a Broking environment, preferably in the domestic and SME space. Tier 1 Broking qualifications are highly desirable. You must have strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, and a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
