As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patients within community and residential care settings. You will have the ability to develop and implement high-quality services that improve patient outcomes and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Care: Provide expert clinical care to patients in both community and residential care settings.
- Service Development: Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities.
- Supervision and Education: Supervise, educate, and mentor less experienced clinicians, students, and allied health assistants.
- Expert Clinical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex speech pathology services with a strong evidence-based approach.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across disciplines, patients, and carers.
- Caseload Management: Proven ability to prioritise and manage complex caseloads in dynamic clinical environments.
