As a vital member of our business intelligence team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions.

About the Role

This dynamic position involves working collaboratively across teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality reports that meet stakeholders' needs.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and quantifying business opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions that drive business growth.
  • Enhancing data quality, models, and tools to ensure business activities meet strategic objectives.
  • Designing and implementing automated dashboards for stakeholders, investigating their needs, and leveraging available tools and definitions.
  • Creating ad-hoc reports tailored to customer requirements and system development life cycles.
  • Supporting stakeholders with self-service tools and datasets, and working closely with Business Intelligence Developers to ensure relevance.

To succeed in this role, you'll require a deep understanding of contact centre operations and experience with CX-ONE, SASVA, and Workforce Management Tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Power BI, are also essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT and contact centre platforms are highly valued.

This opportunity can be based in either Brisbane or Melbourne, offering a great work-life balance and career progression prospects.
