Job Title: Field Service Technician

The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing Wirtgen Group equipment.

  • Service and repair of machinery including preparation of new machine build requirements.
  • Commissioning/training of Wirtgen Group machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose machine issues or customer complaints and assist in finding solutions through effective problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct regular machine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and care attitude at all times, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Australian recognised trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Proven experience within a Service Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic role for minimum 2 years.
  • Unencumbered Drivers License.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with co-workers and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Clear problem solver with high attention to detail.
