Job Title: Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans that align with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience in content creation, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will also have a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, change management, and technical skills related to digital communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support project milestones and organizational objectives
  • Create engaging content for diverse audiences, including written, visual, and digital formats
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment
  • Collaborate with change management resources to integrate communication strategies with project transformation goals
  • Manage online channels and deliver high-quality digital content using various tools and platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications or a relevant discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills with extensive experience in content creation, stakeholder engagement, and change management
  • Strong technical skills related to digital communications, including proficiency in content management systems, graphic design software, and social media
  • Able to approach communication challenges with innovative solutions and adapt strategies to meet changing priorities and audience needs
  • Evaluate the impact of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement
