Department for Health and Wellbeing – Clinical System Support & Improvement – Integrated Care Systems

Salary: $121,107 to $125,679 – ASO8 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 2 February 2026

Overview :

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing state-wide strategic projects and reform initiatives related to transitions from acute health care to community. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating projects related to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Aged Care, and other relevant issues with the Local Health Networks (LHNs).
  2. Providing high-level advice, leadership, management, and knowledge on NDIS implementation, disability initiatives, and aged care reform for the Department for Health and Wellbeing and SA Government agencies.
  3. Contributing significantly to the Community Services and Partnerships Team and Integrated Care Systems Directorate leadership team.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

SA Health Services are required to implement workplace health and safety protocols.
