Lead Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Distribution Centre.

As Lead Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient stock movement, managing a team of staff and driving performance across all shifts, setting and overseeing daily workflow plans, supervising receiving, stock movement, and inventory accuracy, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and transport bookings, running toolbox meetings and ensuring consistent team communication, and ensuring safety checks and SOP compliance.

  • Strong supply chain knowledge with end-to-end understanding of operations
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving approach with confidence in decision-making
  • Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
