What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring and reporting on asset condition.
  • Supporting daily tasks with the Asset Improvement Coordinators.
  • Scoping and planning maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
  • Creating work orders in our system.
  • Participating in Root Cause Analysis.
  • Collaborating with multi-discipline teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • Mechanical Trade Qualification (or Diploma of Engineering).
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and pride in your work.
  • Experience in similar roles or a willingness to learn.
  • NSW Driver's Licence and computer literacy.
  • A passion for improvement and effective communication.
