Drive Employment Relations operations with a strategic mindset and expertise.
This role leads the design, development, and implementation of Employment Relations practices across the business. With a focus on consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement, you will monitor changes in workplace laws and industry best practice to ensure ER practices remain compliant and future-ready.
Key responsibilities include planning and delivering change initiatives, managing ER content and resources, driving reporting and audit excellence, and championing continuous improvement. Additionally, you will oversee templates, knowledge bases, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong ER Operations expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects, resources, and operational workflows. Analytical and solutions-focused, you will be able to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
With a keen eye for detail and high standards in documentation, compliance, and content management, you will excel in influencing communication, explaining complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
