Senior Infrastructure Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing and supporting server and cloud environments.
This role requires the ability to work on Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Active Directory, handling day-to-day support, escalations, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of server and cloud environments.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Active Directory infrastructure, providing BAU support and escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team and Project Manager on migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
The successful candidate will have experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and be able to manage client communications effectively.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is essential, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Networking.
Ability to create scripts for Automation and Integration is also required, as well as previous experience within a Managed Service Provider.
A driver's license and excellent communication skills are also necessary for this position.
