Senior Project Manager

As a seasoned project engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-profile infrastructure project.
This critical role involves leading and managing local subcontractors and traffic management suppliers, with accountability for performance outcomes and delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive traffic management plans in accordance with VicRoads/DoT Victoria standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute complex traffic switches, road access, and stakeholder access arrangements.
- Drive team performance and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee and manage relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and the public.
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior-level traffic management roles in construction/infrastructure projects.
- Expert knowledge of Victorian traffic management standards and protocols.
