Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Process Specialist to join our team at Qantas. As a key member of our Centre of Financial Excellence, you will be responsible for performing professional account work, including administration, compilation, consolidation, reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting across key areas of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain process flows and control documentation for assigned operation areas
  • Identify and implement improvements to efficiency of procedures, quality and relevance of information produced
  • Manage priorities to meet changing demands and drive quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and make a positive impact on our customer experience

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or finance discipline with 3-5 years' experience
  • General understanding and familiarity with Financial Systems (Oracle R12)
  • Advanced level of communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage priorities to meet changing demands and drive quality outcomes
