Job Opportunity: Leasing Paralegal

About the Role

We are seeking a part-time leasing paralegal to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Geelong. This temporary role will provide an opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

  • Support a team of legal assistants and lawyers on various leasing matters, including retail, commercial, and industrial leases.
  • Review and draft lease documents, agreements, and related correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders under supervision.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent client-focused service skills, be able to multitask efficiently, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and demonstrate efficient time management.
