Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Risk & Quality Assurance professional in our organization, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to manage diverse risks. You will collaborate with partners and staff to interpret and understand relevant regulatory, professional, and methodological requirements.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about applying policy and methodology requirements to a range of facts and circumstances. Your interpersonal skills will help you in stakeholder management, and your commercial awareness enables you to work with client-facing teams to provide timely advice.

This role involves working on a wide range of client projects focusing on people to performance, systems to strategy, and business plans to business resilience. As a trusted advisor, you will bring this to life by helping the organization, its partners, and staff manage regulatory, professional, and organizational requirements to ensure quality delivery.

You will be responsible for supporting implementation aspects of our System of Quality Management and partnering with project leads in creating, updating, and improving guidance materials. You will also analyze data to help inform and provide relevant, timely quality support.

This role can be performed on a part-time or full-time basis, subject to discussion.
