Job Title: Curriculum Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Manager to join our team at Schools. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the curriculum and educational programs that support the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the school's strategic goals and educational standards.
  • Lead and manage the development of educational programs, including curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and support to teachers and other staff members to enhance their professional practice and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in education leadership and curriculum development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
