The Department of State Development seeks a Senior Occupational Recognition Service Leader to provide strategic guidance and direction on the development and implementation of the Occupational Recognition Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with key stakeholders to advise on whole-of-government policy, Cabinet, and Parliament.
- Lead high-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement programs that support regulatory reform objectives.
- Develop strategies to recognise skills, experience, and knowledge gained on the job or via qualifications earned interstate or overseas.
- Initiate and lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies to support regulatory reform objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience in analysing complex policy issues, leading projects, and managing resources to deliver services within timeframes. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
