Deliver Quality Learning and Teaching

About delivering quality learning, teaching, and assessment to diverse clients through outcome-focused vocational education and training (VET) programs, linking with industry, schools, universities, community, other TAFE and VET providers. Maintain currency with industry practices, workplace delivery, and contemporary teaching methodologies and philosophies.

This role involves leading and managing effective teaching and learning within the classroom, workplace, simulated, and online environments. It requires utilizing flexible, blended, and inclusive learning techniques and products responsive to various student cohorts.

  • Design, develop, and implement assessment tools and processes meeting industry skills standards.
  • Contribute to planning, design, development, implementation, and review of educational programs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities enhancing training and assessment quality.
