**About the Role**

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and leaders alike, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management from recruitment to termination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert HR advice and support to employees and leaders
  • Delivering high-quality employee relations guidance and support
  • Coordinating HR projects, L&D initiatives, reporting, and staff engagement surveys
  • Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships through coaching and influencing
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

**Requirements**

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Prior experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist capacity
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate and adapt to changing circumstances
